Puff up your cheeks and shift air side to side in your mouth from 5-10 minutes. Repeat the same four-five times to keep your cheeks soft and firm.

Meditation is very good for reducing wrinkles. Close your eyes and focus on the center area on your face (between the eyebrows). This relaxes you and reduces your stress too. Start meditating for 25-30 minutes to hide wrinkles on your face.

5. Attempting The ‘V’

Pretend that you are making a V sign with your middle and index finger.
• Frame each eye – Make a V like that your eyes are in the middle of V. Place your index fingers in a way that it touches the corner of upper eyelids.
• Push up your Fingers – Use the V-shaped fingers you formed to push upward. This makes your forehead and eyebrow muscles to re-energize and to work against your fingers.
